DIY duct tape tray

This can be used as living room decor or a jewelry tray! It would be great on a nightstand!

It's SO easy. All you need is a shoe box top and some duct tape. I used snakeskin duct tape.

Ikea Rast Hack

Ok, So I love Ikea hacks. Looking at http://www.ikeahackers.net/ to see what people come up with is extremely entertaining!

The Rast night stand comes in unfinished pine and is only $34.99!


It's plain and the knobs are super ugly! Here is my inspiration:

  

I really like the ring pulls and I found the BEST knob website! It's http://www.knobdeals.com/ you get such a great deal on the knobs! My aunt just re-did her kitchen and bought her knobs from this site. They were $.99 cents on this site, but at home depot they were $4-6!

Next. My sister helped me put the dresser together--- Do you know how much fun putting Ikea furniture can be?!?

After we got it assembled, I used a wood stain that my parents already had in their basement and white ceiling paint they also already had! I put the wood stain on the top and sides, then painted the drawers white. (Thanks Mom and Dad!) (they have the best "work shop" in their basement!)
